Terms of Use

Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your password secret.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

Subscription, payment and refunds

• SessionPlanner is a paid service. The price and billing period (monthly or yearly) are shown on the subscribe page before you pay, in South African rand.
• If you join through a course or facilitator's invitation link you may be offered an introductory price for a set number of months. When those payments are done the subscription ends on its own, you keep access until the period you paid for runs out, and you can then continue at the standard price shown on the subscribe page. The introductory price is offered once per person.
• Payments are taken by PayFast. Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. We never see or store your card details.
• You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Cooling-off: if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment we will refund that payment in full on request. Otherwise payments are not refundable for a period already started, except where the law says otherwise.
• If we change the price, we will tell you before your next payment and you can cancel instead. Some accounts are given free access by us; we may withdraw that with notice.
• If a payment fails or a subscription ends, you can still sign in to subscribe again. Your sessions are kept, not deleted.

Your content

You own the sessions, diagrams and comments you create. By publishing a session you allow SessionPlanner to display it to other coaches and to anyone with its share link, and you allow other coaches to copy it into their own library and adapt it for their own coaching. You can unpublish at any time; copies already made by others stay with them.

Only publish things you have the right to share. Credit other people's work where it is theirs.

What you must not do

• Post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing or misleading.
• Enter personal information about players, especially children (names, photos, contact or health details).
• Try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service, access other people's private data, or manipulate views, upvotes, shares or points.
• Use the service to send spam or advertise.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that do any of this, with or without notice.

Coaching responsibility

Sessions and drills are shared by coaches for general guidance. You remain responsible for judging whether an activity is safe and suitable for your players, their ages and their environment, and for following the rules and safeguarding requirements of your club and association.

The service

SessionPlanner is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and your work safe, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, so keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

We may change or discontinue features, and update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date below and tell you in the app. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
